Several additional buildings are reopening to allow a limited number of faculty and staff who have a compelling need to work on campus, part of Phase 3 of the University of Iowa’s research ramp-up.
Effective July 1, the Pappajohn Business Building, Boyd Law Building, Lindquist Center and Blank Honors Center will open, as will the Kuhl House, where the University of Iowa Press is located.

Vice President for Research Marty Scholtz said the list was developed in collaboration with the colleges and the Critical Incident Management Team to provide access for faculty and staff who have assets in the buildings necessary for their research, scholarship, or creative activities.

Plans regarding further reopening of buildings on campus continue to be developed in concert with the colleges and departments.
